Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with all original packaging and tags). Some specialized archery equipment may have different requirements (see restrictions below).

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Restrictions & Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Broadheads (used or opened packages)
- Personalized or custom-made equipment
- Opened packages of arrows (must be returned in original, unopened packaging)
- Bowfishing equipment that shows signs of use
Note: All returned items must be in resalable condition with original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If your archery equipment arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
